FAQ

When do you typically ship out mail?

  • For my Print Club Orders: After the cutoff date, which ranges from the 26th to the end of the month, unless notified otherwise.
  • For my Original Works: As soon as possible after your order is confirmed.
  • For Other Product Orders: As frequently as possible, usually weekly.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • For the US: Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipment
  • For areas outside the US: Your order will arrive anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks after shipment
  • Please contact me if you haven't received your mail 4 or more weeks after your shipping confirmation

Do you accept refunds and returns?

  • For damaged mail: Please contact me through email with photographic proof and details of your order, so we can discuss a proper solution accordingly! This does not guarantee a full refund or replacement of your item. 
  • For any mail that was lost: I can resend your mail. Please contact me if you haven't received your mail after 5+ weeks since your shipping confirmation.

Can I track my orders?

  • For Print Club Orders: There is no tracking since Print Club mail is shipped using traditional stamps to keep membership as low as possible.
  • For my Other Products: They can be tracked, but only if you purchased the tracking option.

How do I update my address?

  • Log in to your account and click Manage Subscription on the order -> Edit Shipping Address
  • Please Be Aware that changes to your address will only apply to future orders, not pre-existing ones.

How do I change the address of an existing order?

  • Please email me (jonniesketchs.shop@gmail.com) or use the contacts page regarding existing orders - only I can update the address for you.
  • If your order has already been shipped, there will be a small resend fee for it to get mailed to the right address.
  • For print club orders: You must notify me before the cutoff date (25th of the month) otherwise, your address change can not be guaranteed.
