When are monthly mails shipped out?

  • Monthly mails are usually sent out after the sign-up cutoff (25th) of every month
  • Note: Since monthly mails are shipped near the end of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive all the mails you've signed up for!

When can I join?

  • Any time until all slots are filled! Remember, SIGNUPS CLOSE ON THE 25TH EVERY MONTH! For example, if you subscribe on September 25th, you will get September’s goodies. But if you subscribe on September 27th, you will get October’s goodies.

When will my mail arrive?

  • USA Sketch Club Members: Up to 8-10 business days 
  • Worldwide Sketch Club Members: Anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks after the shipment date. Please try your best to be patient! You are welcome to contact me via email or direct message if it's been over 4 weeks since the shipping notification and you have not received your monthly print.
  • All Sketch Club mail will be sent using stamps to keep the membership fee as low as possible; therefore, no tracking can be provided.

What if my mail doesn’t arrive?

  • Please reach out to me via the contacts page or direct message if you believe your order was damaged or lost. In the event of damage, photographic proof will be required. I will try my best to provide a free replacement unit.
